1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixfyCSV ("the Service"), operated by FixfyCSV ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FixfyCSV is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that validates and auto-fixes Shopify CSV files before import. The Service supports Product, Customer, Inventory, and Order CSV types.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 200 rows per month with basic features. No credit card required.
Pro Plan ($14/month): Up to 3,000 rows per month with the full auto-fix suite and validation history.
Unlimited Plan ($39/month): Unlimited rows with advanced features and dedicated support.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Upload files containing malicious code, malware, or content that violates third-party rights
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. For files under 2MB, validation is performed client-side in your browser and your data never reaches our servers. Larger files are processed server-side and deleted after validation is complete.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the CSV files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data. The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by FixfyCSV and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that validation results will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing corrected files before importing them into Shopify.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixfyCSV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
